Day with >> Els

Hi, all. Els here today. I went for a mix of both the Peachy Christmas and the Sweet Memories collection this time. I love how it’s so easy to make them work together, and mix and match to your heart’s content. I used a couple of die-cut cards from the Sweet Memories collection to accentuate the red tones in my picture. I really wanted to pull that red out. Behind the picture and the die-cuts, a piece of the soft grey snowy pattern of the Peachy Christmas collection. And I also added a couple of layers of tissue paper. On the right side there’s a small tag sticking out from behind the picture element. I wrote my journaling on that tag and can be pulled out to read. I used part of the manufacturers strip of one of the Sweet Memories papers on the right side of my picture as a fun little accent. A few embellishments bring back the yellow, and of course I also had to use a lot of sequins.
