Hi there!
I have a fun card to share with you today, made with the beautiful Hey Kiddo collection. Purple usually scares me off a bit, but for this card I tried my best to incorporate some of it in a for me pleasing way. And I love it!! ;)

Hi ST fans,
I always adore the die-cut paper in the different Studio Tekturek collections. I often use them, or parts of them, on my regular projects. But for a change, I wanted to use some of the die-cut cards on an actual Project Life spread.

Week 33 was one of our summer holiday weeks. We went to visit a sand sculpture festival, which was all about Disney. And also a visit to an amazing aquarium were the highlights of our week. Since my pictures were mostly yellow-ish, green and blue, I chose to concentrate on the One Way Ticket collection.

I also added some of the flair and the label stickers.

Happy Wednesday, Studio Tekturek lovers! I'm so excited to share a new layout that I made here today. We're hanging on to the last bits of summer around here, but slowly I'm getting that fall feeling. And I'm getting in the mood to scrap autumn themes projects and products.

I started with a piece of white cardstock that I first covered with a layer of gesso to protect my paper. And then I got to play with some watercolors to create that lovely subtle colorful background. After letting it all dry I picked out a couple of the lighter papers of the One Way Ticket collection, which I used as a mat behind my picture.

A couple of blue Studio Tekturek label stickers add an extra bit of color. I wanted to repaet some of the water splatters from the picture onto my layout, so I added a couple of dots of Glossy Accents here and there. After drying they become clear and look like drops of water on the project.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Hello there, fellow Studio Tekturek fans. I'm here to share a very fun, yet oh so easy layout with you today. I had this beautiful, big black and white picture of my daughter, that I just had to scrap. I totally love the backlight on this picture, it inspired me to go very white and simple.

I adhered my picture slightly over the right hand border of the white cardstock (trimmed off the excess), and then filled in the rest of the width of this layout with that beautiful soft patterned paper from the One Way Ticket collection. The cloudy effect on it is just stunning, and it's working magic for the atmosphere of this layout.

Where my picture and patterned paper meet, I started tucking in label stickers underneath the photo. They work as a subtle gradient of color behind my title. Both badges are also from Studio Tekturek, the blue one from the One Way Ticket collection, the one with the stars from the Peachy Christmas collection. After adhering everything down onto the page, I decided I wanted to add a bit more color to the background - not the best moment I know ;)

I pressed a blue distress ink pad onto an acrylic block and used a wet paint brush to apply some of the color to my page. It gives a stunning watercolor look.

Hi there! Els here today. I have a fun layout with the One Way Ticket collection to share today. This is a super quick and easy one, but oh so cute. I used the beautiful starburst paper from the collection and added a round picture in the center of the rays.

I accentuated some of the rays with sewing and stamping. I also added gem stars. Around my round picture I placed the title with small letter stickers.

I finished up with a Studio Tekturek label sticker and badge, along with a couple of other color matched embellishments.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Happy Monday! I hope you are all having a great start to the new week. Here in Belgium this week is the last week of the school year. Exciting times!!
I'm here today to share a cute little boys present and matching card. I love the fun paper planes paper from the 'One Way Ticket' collection, and it couldn't be more fitting for a boy celebrating his birthday.

I used quite a few of the die-cut sheet of this collection. I used two of those cards on my card, and then trimmed out the 'right now' circle for my actual present. I also trimmed out a couple of those paper airplanes, and popped them up with some dimensional adhesive. On the card I used a black markers to make the traces of the planes.

Hi all!
Els here today. I have a fun layout to share today. I had some summer pictures from last year left in my stash, and so I pulled out the Sweet Memories collection, to add to that summer feel.

The triangles paper is one of my favorites from the Sweet Memories collection, and also that journaling card with the triangles and the label makes my heart pitter patter. I added some vellum stickers and a rubber banner to the label, topped off with some embellishments.

While finishing up this layout, the postman rang my doorbell and brought me some of the brand spanking new Studio Tekturek papers, and some flair of this Sweet Memories collection. I just had to add one of those badges to my page here.

Now I will have to go and play with the new collection ;) Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!

Hi, it’s Els here today. I have a fun card to share with you. I’m still madly in love with that fabulous triangles paper from the Sweet Memories collection. Oh, the color combo just makes me swoon. So once again I made a project with it. For this card, I cut out strips of the paper and turned them into arrows.

After arranging the arrows onto the card, I attached them with just a little bit of adhesive, so they all would stay in place while running the card through my sewing machine. Once the arrows were well secured, I slightly lifted the sides of each of them, to give the card more dimension. Last but not least I trimmed out the ‘And I Said’ banner from one of the die-cuts, before finishing up the card with a stamped sentiment and just a few more embellishments.

Thanks for stopping by again!

Hi all. Els here today, with a little Easter project. I saw a similar project on Pinterest a while back with yummy little muffins in boxes like these. And I wanted to make two of these small egg containers for my kids for Easter. They’ll be great with chocolate eggs in them. I was lucky enough to have beautiful yellow containers, but you can easily paint these in any color you would like using acrylic paint. The ombré yellow woodgrain paper from the Sweet Memories collection matched the color of the containers perfectly. I liked the tone-on-tone woodgrain effect. As I’m having a boy and a girl, I made a pink and aqua version. Bon appetit!!

Hi! Els here today. I’m in love with the pinks and peach colors of both the Peachy Christmas and Sweet Memories collection. Every single layout I made for Studio Tekturek has had a least one of those colors featured as the big star on them. So for this project, I wanted to step away from the same color combinations, and go for something a bit less obvious in my book. All papers are from the Sweet Memories collections. I love the yellow woodgrain paper. The ombré effect on it is so stunning. So I started out with that as my background, and then I added some of the grey papers to that. I tried to bring in more colors with a bunch of embellishments and masking tape.

Hi, all. Els here today. I went for a mix of both the Peachy Christmas and the Sweet Memories collection this time. I love how it’s so easy to make them work together, and mix and match to your heart’s content. I used a couple of die-cut cards from the Sweet Memories collection to accentuate the red tones in my picture. I really wanted to pull that red out. Behind the picture and the die-cuts, a piece of the soft grey snowy pattern of the Peachy Christmas collection. And I also added a couple of layers of tissue paper. On the right side there’s a small tag sticking out from behind the picture element. I wrote my journaling on that tag and can be pulled out to read. I used part of the manufacturers strip of one of the Sweet Memories papers on the right side of my picture as a fun little accent. A few embellishments bring back the yellow, and of course I also had to use a lot of sequins.
